THE ROLE

We currently have a unique opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team in Wangara.

As a key member of our national finance team, this busy role will see you taking responsibility for all aspects of Accounts Receivable.

Duties will include: 

  • Active management of aged debtors
  • Processing weekly and monthly direct debit runs and refunds for a high volume of customers
  • Entering daily cash receipts, cheque deposits
  • Allocating returned payments & arranging payment plans for customers
  • Minimise Fleetcare’s exposure to credit and business risk.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

To be considered you will demonstrate:  

  • You will have a minimum of 3 years’ Accounts Receivable experience 
  • You will demonstrate current working knowledge of Credit Collection procedures, regulations and legislation
  • You have strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • You are able to work autonomously with sound time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • You have a high level of attention to detail.
  • You are passionate and committed to providing outstanding customer service and to go the extra mile for our customers.
  • You take initiative, love a challenge and thrive on learning new skills and working in a fast-paced environment.

Whilst not essential, understanding of fleet management and associated industries will be highly regarded.
