Performance Implementation Consultant

This organisation is a boutique consulting firm currently undergoing rapid growth. The firm works closely with diverse range of small to mid-size companies in assisting them to define and pursue their missions and business goals. 

This role is a combination of end to end strategy development and performance management. They are looking for a confident and dynamic individual with strategy and operations experience. In this role you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting and challenging projects.

It offers genuine C suite involvement and exceptional work life balance. Building trust with the clients is key in this role. You also need to work closely with sales and operations teams to generate new opportunities and assist in product development and to continuously enhance client services offered.  

To be successful you must have previous Strategy experience from Management Consulting combined with some operational experience. You are an entrepreneur who may have either owned your own business or worked in a start-up. You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills allowing you to interact successfully at senior levels of the business.  Experience in the ability to understand, analyse and resolve complex financial modelling and products will be well regarded.  A strong academic degree profile in Finance, Economics is ideal and postgraduate studies in either Masters or MBA being highly regarded.
