Client Services Officer

This company is one of the Illawarra's leading financial services businesses. 

As a Client Services Officer you'll get involved in a range of activities including liaising with clients, supporting the Advisors as well as following up with external product providers. Your specific responsibilities will include:

  • Process focused admin tasks relating to superannuation and insurance 
  • Liaising with clients to ensure all relevant paperwork has been submitted and/or actioned
  • Dealing with external product providers 
  • Taking inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to existing clients 
  • Booking client meetings

We're looking for someone who has great customer service skills as well as strong administrative skills. You'll love dealing with people over the phone, and face-to-face and you will also be great at completing all administration tasks. You'll have strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Outlook, and Excel. You'll also be working with a supportive, fun but hard working team so a great work ethic is essential.

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Great computer skills including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • The ability to multitask and prioritise
  • The ability to work to deadlines
  • Be a great team player 
  • Previous Financial Planning or Superannuation industry experience will be highly regarded
