About the opportunity:

We have a part time position available in our Contact Centre for a Lending Consultant to work 32 hours per week spread over Monday to Friday.  This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to work part-time and has an understanding of residential lending.

About you:

You pride yourself on the level of customer service you provide and although you particularly enjoy liaising with customers over the phone, you also enjoy face to face interaction.  You are motivated by working as a team and are happy to help others in order to meet the needs of our customers.

You will also have, amongst other things:

  • Recent Retail Banking or Call Centre Banking experience with a minimum of 2 years' experience in qualifying applicants for residential lending
  • Experience working in a customer service environment
  • Good interpersonal and team skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good numeric and communication (both written and oral) skills
  • Proficient use of personal computers and technology

Please refer to HomeStart's career page at www.homestart.com.au for a copy of the position description and advice to applicants.
