Sales and Customer Service Coordinator

KeepCup is the world's first barista-standard reusable coffee cup that has been lauded for its thoughtful design, sound sustainability credentials and for giving momentum to the essential behaviour change from discard to reuse around the world.

We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Coordinator who will be responsible for providing sales and service support to B2B and direct customers.

The role will involve:

  • Taking calls from cafés, roasters, retail stores and direct customers.
  • Preparing quotes and sales orders for B2B customers
  • Inducting, administering and supporting customers through the B2B website
  • Coordinating and monitoring despatch of B2B website orders
  • Managing customer relationships through the sales process
  • Supporting the Sales Team when team members are out of office
  • Collection and reporting of customer experience feedback
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and making recommendations
  • Supporting Zendesk inquiries

You have the following skills and experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a customer service role preferably in a B2B and/or ecommerce environment
  • Ability to confidently address customer concerns 
  • Ability to manage workload when faced with conflicting priorities
  • Experience using Zendesk, Shopify and/or Magento preferred
