About the opportunity

This position provides the successful applicant with an opportunity to lead a vibrant team of Family Services staff, collaborating with the leadership team develop strategies and improve outcomes for rural and remote families across the Wimmera.

The successful applicant will have an ability to learn quickly the key aspects of this role and the team of staff this role supports, as well as having tertiary qualifications ad/or substantial years of relevant experience in human services, welfare or social services roles.
