We are currently seeking an enthusiastic office all-rounder to provide support to our Administration team and Director. This person should be customer service orientated, possessing excellent phone manner, attention to detail, keen sense of initiative and a pro-active, assertive attitude.
This is a full time position, with hands on training provided where necessary.
- Successful applicant requires excellent computer skills and a sound knowledge of word and excel
- Must be able to work as part of a team in an extremely busy office environment
- Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
- Pleasant phone manner
- Strong organisational skills
The role includes:
- Directly assisting the managing director
- Answering phone calls and customer queries
- Entering data (quotes and invoices)
- Booking appointments
