We are currently seeking an enthusiastic office all-rounder to provide support to our Administration team and Director. This person should be customer service orientated, possessing excellent phone manner, attention to detail, keen sense of initiative and a pro-active, assertive attitude.

This is a full time position, with hands on training provided where necessary.

Applicants require:

  • Successful applicant requires excellent computer skills and a sound knowledge of word and excel
  • Must be able to work as part of a team in an extremely busy office environment
  • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
  • Pleasant phone manner
  • Strong organisational skills

The role includes:

  • Directly assisting the managing director
  • Answering phone calls and customer queries
  • Entering data (quotes and invoices)
  • Booking appointments
