The role !

This is a fixed term Maternity Leave Replacement Position, for 12 months.

As the Marketing and Communications Manager your responsibilities include:-

  • Providing generalist Marketing advice to the Executive Team
  • Review, develop and implement strategies to strengthen the effectiveness of internal and external corporate communications to enhance and promote Core Projects brand and reputation
  • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity
  • Manage pitch process for new business development across business functions
  • Cross functional marketing and communications support for the production of key assets such as Information Memorandums, Advertising Collateral, Research Reports, Proposals, Presentations and Newsletters
  • Drive the social media strategy to increase engagement and brand awareness
  • Drive innovation in web functionality, social content and online communications
  • Management of internal and external communications
  • Management of agency relationships for peak performance
  • Have input into the marketing strategy for the company in line with business objectives
  • Run adhoc projects
  • Copywriting of documents on an as needs basis
  • Provide timely monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis on marketing metrics and initiatives for strategic decision making
  • Any other duties as required

About You!

You are fun, genuine, caring, vivacious, crazy, cool, happy and a bit on the quirky side. You can think on your feet, multitask and get the job done all with a smile on your dial. You have a wicked sense of humour and a desire to eat and breathe our values.

In addition, you'll also possess;

  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing
  • A background in the property industry favourable
  • An understanding of Adobe InDesign favourable
  • A proven track record of providing support to leadership teams
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role at a similar level
  • The ability to act professionally, collaboratively, be resilient, and maintain motivation
