We are an established corporate signage provider in the Northern Brisbane area, and we are looking for an office/Admin assistant to assist with the daily operational duties of the day to day business. 

Ideal candidate will be switched on, reliable and with an abundance of common sense. Admin experience is essential and excellent organizational skills will be highly regarded. Attention to detail, excellent phone manner a must.

Permanent part-time role with a potential for a full-time position

Duties & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Managing Director:

* Manage emails and correspondence;

* Customer liaison and service including taking sales orders, tracking deliveries & responding to customer queries;

* Invoicing and data entry of supplier invoices (XERO / MYOB);

* Accounts Receivable including following up outstanding payments;

* Provide administrative support to the production team in day-to-day operations;

* General office duties.

Skills & Experience

* Broad range of office administration skills (minimum 2 years);

* Experience with  XERO / MYOB highly desirable;

* Outstanding customer service skills and confident communicator;

* Exceptional telephone manner with proficient English communication skills;

* Accounts Receivable;

* Proficient computer skills including MS Outlook, Word & Excel;

* Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and in a team environment;

* Ability to multi-task and be highly organized with attention to detail;

* Enthusiastic and energetic personality;

* Previous experience working in a small company an advantage.
