Junior Property Manager

We are currently seeking applications for a full time (Mon-Fri) Junior Property Manager to join our award winning team at our Brighton Le Sands office. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual seeking to work in a fast paced, high energy environment that is looking to work with the best in the Real Estate Industry.

As a Junior Property Manager you will:

  • Support the Senior Property Manager
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants
  • Action repairs and maintenance requests
  • Conduct routine inspections

The successful candidate will have:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service focus and work ethic
  • Great organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to work in both a team and autonomously
  • Great personal presentation
  • Current driver’s licence and reliable car
  • Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
