Customer Service Officer

Be part of performance driven contact centre team delivering exceptional customer service though phone skills, electronic communication and extensive use of in-house medical software.   

Our occupational health business, Jobfit Health Group, is seeking an enthusiastic casual Customer Service Officer for our head office in Wayville SA, rostered between 7.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday (availability during this period is essential).

The role is responsible for the national provision of exceptional customer service and support to internal Jobfit stakeholders and to Jobfit clients for the processing of online and phone medical bookings.  

Responsibilities
  • Manage client or candidate booking requests received via company online booking software or by telephone within the designated KPI timeframe.
  • Identify specific client requirements for the booking based on company "pre-sets" or project specific requirements.
  • Contact clients / candidates or associate clinics to negotiate appointment times and send confirmations and relevant documentation.
  • Understand the required timeframes for assessments and the way in which various Jobfit offices set up their booking calendar and enter bookings accordingly.
  • Notify clients of rescheduled, cancelled or did not attend medical appointments.
Qualifications, Education and/or Experience
  • Experience in customer service or administration.
  • Medical or healthcare knowledge /experience well regarded.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including demonstrated interacting with a wide range of people.
  • Able to handle high volume of telephone calls.
  • Able to utilise headset and computer terminal and navigate through multiple systems to input and retrieve information.
  • Ability to work under pressure with demonstrated ability to achieve and maintain allocated Key Performance Indicators.
