About the role
You will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the project. You will be required to assist in the development of pres-start meetings, Data Enter, hazards incidents and accidents within company guidelines.
In addition to this, you will be overseeing the following functions:

  • Prepare and collate SHE Data

  • Provide administrative support for preparation and distribution of reports within deadlines.

  • Purchase of materials, equipment and consumables including co-ordination of delivery to site.

  • Maintain project travel and corporate credit card expense records.

  • Interfaces effectively and professionally with Clients, other Contractors and Sub-contractors

  • Provide administrative support to the site project team

  • Maintains files/links for all project related SHE Documentation

To be successful you will require:
  • Proven experience in Project Administration function
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Adobe Acrobat
  • Strong presentation and spread sheets skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation to establish effective working relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast paced environment with multiple and competing demands
