The Role

The primary purpose of this role is to create and implement outstanding e-Learning courses that focuses on the learner journey and ensures that it is enjoyable, engaging, relevant and informative.

In this role, you will provide outstanding service to our clients and their learners, including employees, contractors, sub-contractors and visitors. You will focus on quality, profitability and on-time delivery.. This will include;

  • Creating online courses,
  • Setting and meeting strict timelines, and
  • Owning the overall success of the e-Learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibility is to achieve enjoyable learner experiences by creating quality courses that are intuitive and relevant thus negating any requirements for calls to our support team. 

To start in this role you will need to have a strong background in PowerPoint. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills into future responsibilities as below;

  • Designing and developing online e-Learning courses using Articulate 360, iSpring and Captivate,
  • Creating flash inductions using Adobe Animate and Adobe Flash,
  • Reviewing supplied Scorm courses to ensure correct functionality and good learner experience,
  • Delivering face-to-face training to our Level 1 support teams and to our client administrators regarding e-learning,
  • Creating e-learning resources using InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator,
  • Coordinating development of e-Learning and training (face to face/remote) that is in scope for the customer, and
  • Creating and maintaining our numerous Learning Management Systems.

Key Criteria

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform all key responsibilities. To succeed in this role, applicants should possess;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft package,
  • Methodical approach to reviewing content,
  • Excellent attention to detail and good understanding of best practice for instructional design,
  • Proficient in literacy and grammar,
  • Drive for quality outcomes in all aspects of your role,
  • Excellent time management skills,
  • Strong work ethic and a desire to work in a challenging role, and
  • Aptitude and an ability to learn quickly whilst on-the-job.
