Our client is the leading global provider of digital and physical information management services with corporate offices all around the world. The company provides storage solutions for ever growing amounts of information with compliance and regulatory requirements in mind.

The Position:

Your day will see you taking inbound calls and attending to inbound email requests from customers all around Australia and New Zealand providing exceptional service to some of the region’s largest corporations. You will be providing solutions to customers on all aspects of their information management needs including, bookings, information retrieval and processing order requests.
 
To be successful in the role:
  • Previous experience in a fast paced and professional customer service and administrator role.
  • Excellent communication skills, strong service focus
  • Customer Service data entry/administration.  
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A flexible and adaptable attitude with high levels of self motivation and a commitment to achieving individual and team goals.

What is on offer:
  • Rotating full-time (38 hours per week) rosters between 5am and 7pm Monday - Friday (6am - 7pm during non-day light savings times).  The centre services Australia and New Zealand time zones.
  • Full Time roles available $28.90/hr + super Temporary rate ($44,000 p.a. + super + bonus when Permanent with regular salary review, incentives and career progression)
  • Long term temporary to permanent positions commencing immediately.
