Insurance Administrator

Fantastic opportunity to join a successful and dynamic administrative team in the financial services industry.

We are looking for an Insurance Administrator to be a part of our professional and dynamic team! You will be friendly, motivated and have a genuine desire to assist. In this position, you will be highly organised, have ability to multi-task, play a key role within a team and actively contribute.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to your direct manager about your daily targets and completions
  • Lodgement of new business and monitor through to completion
  • Process insurance arrangements, amendments and ensuring responsive, accurate and sensitive customer service
  • Liaise with advisers, clients, underwriters and service providers
  • Follow up outstanding requirements

To be successful in this role you will possess strong organisation and communication skills, have excellent attention to detail, be proactive and enjoy working in a team environment. You will have a professional manner and show initiative.

About you

  • Organisation, time management and prioritising skills
  • Enthusiastic and professional approach
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential
  • Experience in an administrative role within the finance industry is preferable, but not essential

The successful applicant will be provided In-house training and have willingness to train on an ongoing basis - both on technical and soft skills required to complete this job.
