Financial Planning Assistant - Immediate Vacancy
Based in the beating heart of the CBD this organisation has a reputation for ethical advice that is the best interest of the clients. Off the back of this fantastic reputation the organisation is going through a sustained period of growth which means additional support is required to help service their clients. 

Working in a team of 4 other client service offices you will be tasked with supporting 6 CFP qualified planners. Your duties will include but not limited to: 
  • Provide ongoing support to our Advisers and Paraplanners
  • Provide excellent customer service to our client base
  • Use the XPLAN database to manage and maintain client files
  • Implementation of advice documentation
  • Managing the client review process with support of other staff
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance of client files
The person in our team: 
  • Minimum of 6-12 months experience in Financial Planning 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Xplan is desirable but not essential
