People & Culture Officer

This is a truly dynamic organisation within the FMCG industry. Quality is synonymous with not only their products but also with the talent they employ. With a clear vision and continued growth, this is a company poised for even greater success! Due to recent growth, an exiting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic HR Officer to join their experienced HR team.

In this newly created role, you will be responsible for coordinating recruitment processes, providing project support, assisting line managers with the maintenance of performance management frameworks and ER investigations. You will also play a vital role ensuring open lines of communication between the HR team and business lines are maintained.

Accustomed to working in a hands-on, faced paced environment, you will be a strong communicator with generalist HR advisory, consultative or coordinator experience drawn from a blue collar/industrial sector. You are comfortable building relationships with stakeholders across business lines, liaising with blue collar staff and maintaining processes and frameworks to a high level.
