What Your Role Entails

You will be the first point of contact for KINNECT Training both online and over the phone. Expect to receive a range of different enquiries relating to courses, enrolments and student queries. You will also provide assistance in coordinating courses nationwide. We are constantly looking to improve the training services we provide to our students and clients. We see our role as a training organisation not only to provide excellent training, but also to maintain exceptional student contact, both pre and post course. Expect to go above and beyond for customers to ensure you leave a lasting positive impression.

A few things you will be doing include:

  • Coordinating training courses throughout Australia, including organising venues, liaising with clients, students and trainers
  • Taking general phone/email enquiries relating to the services KINNECT Training provides
  • Basic finance assistance
  • Inventory of training equipment and material
  • Course compliance/processing

  

Skills and Experience

  • Alignment with our Core Values
  • Tech Savvy
  • Proven exceptional customer service skills
  • Administration experience a bonus, but not required.
