We're Work Metrics, a tech company on a mission for building a better workplace and workforce. 

We're looking for someone to join our customer team, part time, helping us support our corporate customers and helping our customers get better value from our software systems and apps.

We'd like you to work approx. 5 hours a day, three days a week, and we're flexible on which days they are. Preferably starting in the mornings given the time difference for our eastern states based customers. You'll be someone who's confident on the phone and email, highly professional and a good communicator. 

Regular tasks include helping customers understand how to use various features of our system, helping customers with their content, providing recommendations, troubleshooting issues and liaising with our tech team and other support team members.

The customers you'll be liaising with are professionals ranging from HR managers, Safety managers and other mid level managers who are the crux of our software client users who work for organisations all over the country across every type of industry.

We have a city office and we have a Claremont office - take your pick! We'll provide full training
