Your new company
A small not for profit organisation based centrally in Perth.

Your new role
A temporary role to back fill a period of leave. This role will assist with providing advice and guidance in relation to policies, procedures and processes to employees and stakeholders at varying levels. You may also oversee the recruitment and on-boarding of any new hires, from writing of position descriptions and job adverts through to interviewing, writing contracts and assisting with induction process. You will provide coaching to leadership teams in relation to performance management and prepare any documentation required. You will assist with the review and update of any documentation as required, as well as a number of ad-hoc duties to support the team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Human Resources Officer with a strong understanding of the Australian employment legislation (in order to provide accurate advice to employees and leadership teams). You will have exposure to generalist roles, having overseen everything from recruitment and on-boarding through to providing advice, updating policies and procedures and coaching leadership teams.
