Territory Sales Manager - Supermarkets

Your opportunity

 

We are looking for someone who thrives on working autonomously to deliver results and has a passion to win in stores, while working with market leading brands, this role requires you to manage our Supermarket customers in Melbourne, South Eastern Suburbs region. Package includes a fully maintained company vehicle, phone and tablet.   

 

Your key responsibilities will include:

 

  • Servicing and managing of an existing customer base
  • Coach & develop merchandiser team
  • Delivering to sales KPI’s
  • Being a brand ambassador for our market leading portfolio of products.

 

About You

 

Outgoing, approachable and passionate about sales, as you manage the business relationship with our various Supermarket customers. The successful candidate will have at least five years sales & FMCG experience.  You will have a proven track record of success in exceeding targets & developing relationships with customers. As a true partner to the business and customer, you are a confident communicator and have the ability to adapt your communication style. This is a fantastic opportunity for personal growth within a successful and dynamic work environment.
