Customer Service - Equities Associate with Commsec

As a market leader CommSec places our customers at the centre of everything we do. We go above and beyond to assist by providing easy-to-use investment tools and resources to put them in control of their investment decisions. 

The Equities Associate role is a phone based role that is highly customer focused, you and your team will support a variety of customers; ranging from customers new to trading to sophisticated customers who have complex enquiries.

Working in a fast-paced energetic contact centre environment, this role supports customers with trading, complex enquires and delivering first class service.

Your duties will include:

  • Connect with our customers and build strong rapport through meaningful conversations over the phone
  • Support our customers by understanding and identifying their issues and then using your strong problem solving skills to deliver relevant and effective solutions to create a positive outcome.
  • Demonstrate the ability to grasp concepts in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Educate clients in the mechanics of our products and processes in an efficient manner and have the ability to articulate complex issues in an effortless way
  • Hold  high accountability for your performance and development

To ensure we are there for our customers you will be required to commit to an induction and full time training in September 2019 and a rotating roster which operates between 8.00am to 7.00pm, Monday to Friday.
