Our office is a seeking a mature minded project administrator & office support person to assist our team of town planners.  

The duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering phone calls & back up reception duties;

  • Managing Multiple Calendars;

  • Electronic Filing;

  • Management of Internal & External Correspondence;

  • Data Entry & Formatting;

  • Preparation of Reports; and

  • Daily assistance to the management team.

 To be successful in this position, you must possess:

  • Savvy IT skills;

  • Proficient in Office 365;

  • Time Management;

  • Ability to prioritise;

  • 4-5 Years administration experience.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;

  • Outstanding professional presentation;

  • Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively within a team environment;

  • Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people;

  • The ability to take direction and focus on priority tasks;

  • Attention to detail and a common-sense approach to resolving day to day matters;

  • Problem solving abilities with a can-do attitude;

  • The ability to juggle multiple matters and respond within a short timeframe & work under pressure; and

  • A good sense of humour and desire to be part of a well-connected supportive team.
