Customer Service Officer

Due to recent success and continued growth, our Client is looking to appoint a new Customer Service Officer to work within their well-established team. Your primary focus is to provide external clients with exceptional customer service responding to a high volume of customer enquiries, entering orders and ensuring all queries are processed in an accurate and timely manner.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Answer incoming customer phone calls, emails and faxes
  • Responding to customer enquires in a timely manner
  • Investigation and follow up of complex customer queries
  • Resolution or escalation of customer complaints or priority matters
  • Data entry of orders
  • Processing Claims
  • Communicating with other departments
  • Updating excel spread sheets
  • Providing support to the warehouse when required

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as an integral part of the business and with a team of friendly professionals dedicated to providing quality customer service. To be considered for this role you will have previous customer service experience, the ability to work well within a small team environment and manage a high volume of work in an efficient and timely manner.
