About The Role


This highly specialised and vital role would suit your hospitality or retail experience and is the vessel to facilitate your next career move! You will enjoy the variety of working on rotating 24/7 roster on either 10 or 12 hour shifts and have a passion for liaising with customers on the phone in a polite and professional manner. Excellent training and development programs are provided. You will also love working a short week of 3 or 4 days per week!

Duties


  • Respond to client alarms
  • High level customer service to handle inbound and outbound calls regarding alarm activation's
  • Fast and accurate data entry skills to record information
  • Professional phone manner when interacting with clients

What You Require To Succeed In This Role


  • Must be an Australian Citizen
  • Superior Communication skills (written, verbal and listening)
  • The ability to gain a relevant Security License
  • Passion to learn a new and exciting industry!
