Human Resources Generalist

Human Resources Generalist                       $110-120K + Super pro-rata
  • Work flexible hours from home managing your own client portfolio
  • Earn uncapped bonuses by converting leads to new clients
  • Work 3-5 days per week to best suit your own needs.

Working with a portfolio of clients, ranging in size and industry sector, you will be adept at identifying the immediate, long term and hidden needs of each business, delivering a range of services, from running strategic HR programs to working with clients to ensure compliance and risk management. 

You are commercially savvy with a desire to build meaningful lasting relationships based on providing sound HR advice that delivers a tangible return on investment to your client base. 

As an 'Employee Expert' you'll have 10+ years’ experience as a HR generalist. The following attributes are what make us stand out from the crowd
  • Flexibility with the ability to ramp up and down, as required
  • Strong commercial acumen with a bias for action
  • Ability to act as a genuine business partner with clients
  • Ability to quickly build and retain trust and credibility
  • Influencing, coaching and mediation experience
  • Good IT skills, experience with Google mail, calendar & drive is an advantage
  • Enjoy business development conversations & converting client leads (Sales process & scripts already established to ensure success)
