The Role

The Monetary Support Operations team deliver exceptional services to the broader Insurance business within Suncorp. Our commitment is empowering our people to achieve operational excellence and continuous improvement.

The Monetary Support team currently have an exciting opportunity for a Support Officer to manage receipting, credit control and debt recovery activities across our Insurance business.

This varied role will see you working with a supportive team to:

  • Manage customer enquiries, resolve issues and develop relationships with internal and external customers
  • Reconcile bank accounts against policies and claims
  • Work closely with our Brokers and Underwriters to receive and reconcile funds through credit control and stakeholder management
  • Identify and recommend business process improvements that contribute to productivity and service objectives
  • Assist with Debt Recovery investigation and decision making

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Experienced in utilising web based administration systems
  • Experience in a business operations role highly regarded
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
