About the Opportunity

You will be responsible for quality assurance tasks across all areas of Insurance including managing quality and compliance. You will work closely with the leadership team through providing feedback, identifying trends and reporting to ensure we meet and exceed quality targets as well as contribute to ongoing improvements to the Quality Assurance Framework. Specific duties include:

  •  Conduct quality and compliance audits upon individuals, sections and divisions in an accurate and timely manner
  • Reporting including analysis to identify trends and risk management
  • Managing escalated quality and compliance matters including ability to articulate grounds, investigation of issues and solutions
  • Identify and report on compliance breaches
Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in quality assurance roles (Insurance Quality Assurance is highly desired including thorough understanding of legislation)
  • Report writing and analytical skills including reporting on customer experience, identifying gaps and compliance standards
  • Ability to manage multiple and simultaneous tasks including the ability to prioritise and resilience
  • Advanced written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills including attention to detail
  • Understanding of potential impacts of upcoming regulatory changes in particular those related to Insurance is highly desirable
