Administration/Accounts Payable Clerk

Your New Company

This organisation is a leader in their field, operating across Southeast Queensland. They are currently acquiring a well organised and professional general administrator and transactional accounts clerk.

Your New Position

  • Responsible for processing accounts payable payments for weekly and monthly timetable
  • Process purchase orders using internal softwares
  • Ensure that all daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations are complete in a timely manner
  • Answer incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Schedule jobs and organise sub- contractors
  • Check that all accounts payable invoices have purchase orders and appropriate delegation approval against them
  • Reconcile creditor statements.

Your Skills and Requirements

  • Ability to work to very tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience in accounts payable/receivable
  • A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Xero
  • A sound knowledge of creditor account reconciliation
  • Displays enthusiasm and self-motivation.
