Fantastic opportunity to work for a leading government agency who specialise in health and safety. Our client is undergoing a large scale transformation project whereby they require a Training Coordinator to manage the daily coordination and logistics of inspectors. You will play a key role in delivering training programs such as managing enrolments, venues, facilitators, catering and reporting.

Key responsibilities and duties include:
  • Liaise with external stakeholders to provide assistance and support of training programs
  • Coordinate and administer customer enquiries through the management of team mailboxes
  • Administrative tasks such as data entry and evaluating of reports
  • Managing the training room bookings through outlook
  • Build key stakeholder relationships and work collaboratively with the team in people and culture
The ideal candidate will have/be:
  • Experience with coordinating events
  • Working with learning systems (and HR systems)
  • High level of organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to manage multiple tasks (with conflicting timeframes)
  • Exposure to an administrative background would be ideal
