The opportunity
The position is required to assess international applications and issue offers to study at Griffith University to eligible applicants. Applications are assessed and offers issued within acceptable timeframes which supports the successful recruitment of international students. This position will work closely with marketing staff, recruitment agents and pathway providers to ensure that a high-quality service is provided.

There are four positions available:

  • 1 x full-time, continuing appointment,
  • 3 x full-time, fixed term appointment (12 months)

Two positions will be based at the Nathan campus and two positions will be based at the Gold Coast campus. Travel will be required between the Griffith University campuses from time to time.

About you
The successful candidate will hold a relevant tertiary qualification and/or subsequent administrative experience in international education within higher education institutions. They will have experience consulting and liaising widely with internal and external stakeholders to make sounds decisions supporting University policies, guidelines and procedures. The appointee will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have the ability to operate successfully in a cross-cultural environment. The appointee will have the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, whilst maintaining a high level of effective client service and meeting established deadlines.

Salary range
HEW Level 5: $66,154 - $74,409 per annum.
