We are an Adelaide based start-up company incorporated in 2016 offering an technology solution to Real Estate Agents to collate and manage offers in a simple to use online tool.
We aim to be recognised as the national industry standard for online real estate transactions and to work with the real estate industry to create an online transactions platform that delivers efficiency for agents, a quality customer experience for buyers and sellers, and an enhanced reputation for the industry.
The business is operational in Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane, with Sydney and Melbourne to follow from (approx.) January 2020.
As our Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination, planning and implementation of campaigns across different mediums.
This position focuses on attracting Agents to use the platform but also to aid the promotion of the benefits to both Buyers and Sellers ensuring the recruitment of new and retention of existing customers to the business. You are also responsible for developing and implementing a metrics system to monitor the success of marketing campaigns and the management of key stakeholder relationships
This position works in unison with other contributors to the marketing resources to implement and deliver a variety of important strategic initiatives across the business.
We anticipate that this will be a 10 hour per week casual assignment initially with the view to increased hours and permanency in the future.
Supporting the CEO to manage and deliver the marketing and communications plan working across print, digital and social media platforms to engage new customers and retain existing customers.
Create engaging electronic and print marketing collateral that promotes the business benefits.
Contribute to the development and execution of digital and social media marketing campaigns to target particular market segments.
Co-ordinate promotional activities and events
Assist with the management of relationships with key industry partners and implement promotional initiatives through their networks to maximize awareness of the business
Develop our CRM system to improve data capture, data quality and automation processes to enhance the sale and customer retention process
Assist with website development, SEO and Google Ad campaigns
Contribute to the sourcing of relevant promotional images and video for marketing purposes
Engage, inform and support staff and contributors on all outcomes relating to marketing.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a relevant discipline and/or practical experience.
Experience and knowledge in social media applications
High degree of working knowledge of relevant computer software packages relating to graphic design (such as Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop), website content management systems and desktop publishing applications
Creative flair for writing, design and content creation
Proven ability to take initiative, work autonomously and productively as part of a team, and establish and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external to an organisation
Demonstrated ability to deliver highly effective marketing campaigns that produce tangible and measurable outcomes with limited budget expenditure
Proven examples of collaborating, negotiating and communicating with a range of audiences and stakeholders both internal and external to an organisation
