Your new company
Our well recognised clients are looking for experienced customer service officers to join their team and grow with them. Multiple opportunities for Customer Officers, to work in and around the CBD. This opportunity will provide you with invaluable experience working for one of Australia’s leading superannuation providers.


Your new role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers assisting them with enquiries ranging from their accounts to superannuation enquiries to their benefits. Your key purpose will be meeting or exceeding their expectations for Customer Service with accurate and appropriate responses.

  • Full Time, 3 months - ongoing Temporary Contract.
  • Monday to Friday rotating roster 8.00 AM to 8.00 PM.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Have worked in a high-volume call centre taking up to 50 calls a day
  • Ability to manage time effectively and ensure time frames are adhered to.
  • Outstanding customer service skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills including efficient data entry capabilities.
  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly.
