Established for 55 years, Barry.Nilsson. is a national law firm with over 300 staff and having a formidable reputation within its three areas of expertise: insurance & health, property & commercial and family law.  

Our insurance & health team is headed up by 22 well respected Principals across 6 states. The team handles claims across all major classes of insurance (including public liability, product liability and professional indemnity files) and acts for the biggest names in the insurance industry both locally and overseas.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time (3 day per week) experienced Insurance PA to join our Sydney Insurance team working within our Compulsory Third Party (CTP) area undertaking the following duties:

• dictaphone typing and amendments;
• file management – opening/closing files and filing;
• drafting basic letters;
• client liaison;
• brief preparation;
• monthly billing and reporting; and
• general secretarial support.

This is a part-time role that will job share with another team member. While we are flexible, the ideal days we are looking to fill are from Wednesday - Friday between our standard business hours of 9am - 5.30pm. Please include your availability in your application.
