About the Role
Our client is seeking a Club Manager for a 12 month Maternity Leave contract that may lead to further opportunities within the three managed gym’s around the Sydney Airport region.

As Club Manager your role is about creating personalised human connections and recognising and respecting the uniqueness of everyone and delivering a personal experience that ensures existing members are 100% happy and satisfied and new members are attracted to your Gym AND they all want to keep coming back.

We are looking for a confident engaging people person with exemplary phone manner, solid proven sales skills, solutions focused and approachable. The critical skill is your ability to build rapport and deliver a premium level of customer service to every one of our members (and future members).

Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead generation & driving membership sales
• Maintaining existing memberships
• Building an awesome club culture with awesome member base
• Leading a successful Club Manager’s Assistant
• Maintaining a clean and safe club at all times
• Collections & payments using CRM & billing systems

To be successful for this role you must have the following:

• Display leadership qualities and initiative
• Be passionate, energetic and enthusiastic
• Intermediate computer skills & social media savvy
• Passion for health, fitness and well being
• Strong customer service ethos, and sales philosophy
• Proven track record in reaching and exceeding sales targets
• Passion for building genuine relationships
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized
• Positive, motivating, and effective communication skills
• Flexible to work days / evenings / Saturdays
• Certificate III in Fitness (not essential)
• Excellent personal presentation
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Current First Aid Certificate (can apply for afterwards)
• Police Check (can apply for afterwards)
• Working with Children's Check (can apply for afterwards)
