Shaping, building and regulating the public sector to ensure delivery of better services and outcomes for Western Australians
We are looking for a talented and driven individual to help us deliver on the strategic objectives for the sector and the community.
Our role is to help the sector tackle the public policy challenges of both today and tomorrow. This includes setting values, standards and expectations for the sector; and helping agencies deliver quality outcomes for Western Australians. We also provide assurance, oversight and reporting for the sector. These factors make the Commission a dynamic and rewarding place to work.
In this newly created role you will contribute to the development and implementation of organisational governance, strategic planning and a range of policy initiatives and processes. You will provide high quality information and advice in a fast paced environment and help the Commission define and develop future business strategies to meet the sector’s changing needs.
This role is one of two new positions created in the Strategic Planning and Governance team which is responsible for delivering innovative and contemporary solutions in line with the Commission’s new remit.
Further information is in the attached JDF.
A current satisfactory National Police Certificate will be required before appointment.
We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an equitable and diverse workplace. We encourage people with disability, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and people from culturally diverse backgrounds to apply.
We provide flexible work and leave arrangements, and a range of additional employment benefits to enable staff to balance their work and other commitments.
