ABOUT THE ROLE

Kaufland Australia is now ready for a dynamic and motivated Project Manager to help our Board operate at full efficiency! Reporting to the Executive Board, this role will be responsible for assisting in the conception and implementation of strategic projects and continuous improvements across established processes

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support, coordinate and implement strategic projects at Board level
  • Create and present strategic analysis to assist the Board in decision making
  • Responsible for constructive and cooperative tracking and implementation of decisions of Directors
  • Analyse and evaluate concepts for the preparation of strategic decisions
  • Develop and design presentations, statistics, protocols and internal reports
  • Support the Directors with the internal and external communication (as an interface function)
  • Take charge of audit and review of already established processes and recommend necessary improvements to relevant Directors
  • Manage further development and optimisation of administrative processes around the Director’s area

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 4+ years' experience in similar role within Retail/FMCG
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or any other related discipline
  • Strong analytical competence and strategic thinking paired with creativity to develop and implement innovative ideas
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Robust knowledge of MS Office suite
  • German language skills highly regarded to liaise with German counterparts
