Are you an EXPERIENCED, reliable and efficient Receptionist with strong office and administration experience – looking to work PART-TIME Monday to Friday, 9am to 3pm?   if so, we'd love to hear from you now!

We are seeking a switched on, enthusiastic and self-motivated person to assist and support our 3-person Joondalup office.

We envisage the successful applicant will have:

  • minimum 12 months solid reception, accounts and administration experience
  • high attention to detail
  • a willingness to learn
  • work autonomously
  • ability to prioritise, be proactive and use your initiative to get things done and seek out extra work during quieter times

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Reception duties, including answering calls, greeting clients, maintaining the presentation of a small showroom and reception area, handling mail.
  • Job creation through GreenTree.  This is a big part of the role – previous GT experience will be very highly regarded!
  • Basic accounts
  • Sales support - assist the branch manager with sales support functions which includes spreadsheets, data input, typing and quote preparation.
  • Data entry into excel
  • Stationery, office amenities management and other general office duties

Remuneration will be negotiated for the right person in line with experience and qualifications.

Please note this is a part-time role, and as such, attracts a part-time salary.  Candidates who express specific interest in a part-time role,  and indicate a part-time salary range, will be considered.
