Current Opportunity

BDO Shared Services has an opportunity in Perth for two permanent part-time Receptionists working on a 6 day fortnight (0.68 FTE) and 5 day fortnight (0.57 FTE), days are flexible. The working hours will be 8.00am to 5.30pm.

 

The role

We are seeking motivated Receptionists who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • This role has a wide range of responsibilities, but most importantly will work in partnership with our other receptionist to: Maintain a welcoming and pleasant reception area;
  • Manage incoming phone calls demonstrating a high level of customer service;
  • Act as the ‘face of BDO’ and ensure client, visitors and BDO employee needs are looked after in a timely and professional manner;
  • Ensure the presentation of the client floor is professional at all times, including cleaning /resetting meeting rooms, event set up & pack down and serving refreshments;
  • This opportunity is permanent part time, however flexibility is essential around additional days as required

The successful candidates will possess the following:

  • Prior administrative, reception and/or hospitability experience;
  • Committed to customer service with a meticulous attention to detail;
  • Team focussed approach, and willingness to help out as required (ie. marketing, events);
  • Proactive, adaptable and reliable – someone who is willing to do whatever it takes to “get things done”;
  • Shows enthusiasm, drive and determination even when faced with setbacks; and
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
