What will you be doing?

As a vital member of the team, the Recruitment Administrator plays a key part in managing all aspects of the candidate cycle at Randstad . The primary focus of this role will be to support the Sourcing team, while providing exceptional customer service to our candidates.

Your key responsibilities:

Administration of the onboarding of candidates, payroll support on multiple platforms. Work closely with the Sourcing Managers to understand the client needs,maintaining strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

What are we looking for in you?

An ability to build strong working relationships,proven ability to be resilient, a strong team player with a professional attitude. Participate in regular meetings with the team to maximise synergies, discuss market developments, share experiences and knowledge and report on candidate progress.
