Data Entry Officer/Administrator

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator/Data Entry Officer to provide a prompt, polite, efficient, informative service and administration support whilst being the first point of contact to all internal & external stakeholders, clients & visitors.

Client Details

I am working with a variety of clients across Western Sydney, sectors include Non-Profit, Education, Health-care, Local Government and many others.

Description

Data Administrator responsibilities include:

  • Data entry, Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations as required
  • Providing general administrative support/ad-hoc support to teams and Project Managers regarding project coordination, research, tracking budgets
  • Entering data into the system and ensuring integrity and accuracy of financial data and inputs
  • Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
  • Responding to information requests from authorised team members
  • Document formatting, printing, binding
  • Correcting, verifying and deleting non-required data and combining data
  • Filing information into spreadsheets

Profile

The successful candidate will have;

  • A minimum 2-3 years of working experience as an Administrator or Data Entry Officer in a Non-profit or Local Government environment.
  • Positive and Can-do Attitude.
  • High level of computer literacy in TRIM, Microsoft Word, Excel, in addition to accurate & timely data entry skills.
  • Sound computer skills with demonstrated experience utilising internal database systems for processing.
  • Professional, pleasant manner & ability to communicate effectively with internal & external customers.
  • High level organisational skills with the ability to multi-task under pressure and use initiative within a changing environment.
  • Work style which is proactive & consistent with a team participative approach.
