Our client has announced plans to reshape its Wealth Management Strategy. As a result of these intentions, there is a requirement to deliver on a program of work to separate Wealth functions from Bank functions and create a standalone Wealth Entity able to operate independently from the bank. The program will deliver on multiple streams of work in order to deliver on its objectives. 

This organisation is well known as one of the most favourable organisations to work for in Sydney. They provide attractive daily rates, great work flexibility and the opportunity to work on large scale separation and transformation pieces of work. This role will see you working in one of the organisations most high profile programs where you will be a key contributor assisting in their standalone wealth organisation. 

In order to deliver on these requirements they are looking for an Administrator to join them for an initial 6 month contract and assist them with the following Accountabilities: 
 
  • 2 years of experience in similar administration role
  • Ability and proven track record in meeting targets
  • Experience in dealing with high volume of customer request
  • Provide back office support for the service delivery for financial advisers both aligned & IFA, as well the wider stakeholder network in both distribution and other teams within Wealth operations and partnering to other parts of the business to assist in the overall strategic goals
  • providing exceptional high quality of service and support
  • Being part of professional and supportive team
  • Good written and verbal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent time management, prioritisation and organisational skills and an ability to meet tight deadlines
