About You

In the role you will be the first point of contact for clients as well as assisting additional staff in day-to-day business. A normal day consists of;

  • Open/Close of office,
  • Client liaison both over phone and in person,
  • Client booking system management,
  • Stock inventory management,
  • Emails,
  • Data entry,
  • Sales receipting,
  • Calendar/diary optimisation,
  • Minor marketing and branding.

It is also expected that the candidate would maintain knowledge of the industry and identify possible opportunities to further grow the client base.

The candidate has the opportunity to identify shortcomings in business operation and implement their own process' and duties. The candidate will be able to self-manage and work effectively without a supervisor. 

Previous experience is mandatory and/or any supporting certificates.
