Key Account Administrators

An exciting opportunity exists for two (2) Full Time Key Account Administrators to join a national organisation delivering first class service and products to major Oil & Gas, Marine, and Defence customers.

Wiltrading STACE regularly provides recertification, inspection, service, maintenance and new products for critical safety equipment. This includes fire suppression systems; portable fire equipment; lifesaving equipment; lifeboats, davits and rescue craft; breathing air systems; and mechanical servicing.

As a Key Account Administrator, you will be responsible for providing first-class service to major Oil and Gas clients (internally). We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to perform a variety of tasks including procurement, project administration, relationship management, negotiation, and coordination of service work and product sales.

Duties Involved

  • Manage service and sales enquiries and resolve key account matters in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Provide service and product quotations, and process sales orders as required.
  • Liaise and negotiate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and suppliers on technical and commercial matters.
  • Raise purchase orders and manage accounts from initial sales to close out of projects.
  • Coordinate all aspects of product sales for projects including documentation & SDRL's, inspections and expediting of goods.
  • Monitor contractual obligations/deliverables and compliance e.g. KPIs, HSE Reporting. 
  • Assist the accounts team in resolving issues causing non‐payment by customers and advise them of any supplier orders that may affect cash flow.
  • Maintain contractual records and documentation such as client contact information, contractual changes, status reports and other documents required for key accounts.
  • Identify potential growth opportunities for the key account and liaise with the Business Development team to capitalise on them.

Candidate Requirements:

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum of 4 years' experience working in a Key Account/ Project Administration role with relevant industry as outlined above.
  • Previous project and contract administration experience.
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast‐paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic, enthusiastic and conscientious with a flexible approach.
  • Sound computer skills in Microsoft Office.

Desirable Criteria

  • Tertiary qualification.
  • Experience with ERP systems e.g. Greentree would be highly desirable.
  • Experience working with companies with an ISO accredited management system.
