Administration & Office Support, Administrative Assistants

HPG insurance & Maintenance Works seek a full time administration assistant for our Darwin office.

Previous administration is a must (minimum 2 years experience)

Duties Include:

- Reception duties - answering queries via phone, email etc

- Invoicing

- Ensuring all relevant information is entered and updated onto job databases

- Supporting team members within the Darwin office and Head Office

- Reporting as required

- Processing of client requests

Key Attributes:

- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise work and work autonomously

- Professional, trustworthy and reliable with a focused attitude

- Have an eye for detail and be able to muli-task

To be successful in this role:

- Live locally in Darwin on a permanent basis

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite products
