Supply Chain Administrator

Our client located at Glendenning are a specialist importer and distributor of under vehicle after market products.  Due to an increase in workload an exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Logistics Administrator / Coordinator.

Duties will include -

  • Distribution of monthly PO's to supplier
  • Process vendor returns and request credit notes
  • Produce potential stock out and expedite report
  • Reconciliation and follow up of overdue purchase reports
  • Managing pricing inbox and relevant issues
  • Produce inventory reports
  • Gateway support and request follow up
  • Manage and produce daily pricing reports
  • Report reconciliation (Procurement match issues)

To be successful you will possess the following skills and experience-

Int - Adv Microsoft excel capabilities
Superior verbal and written communication skills
Great eye for detail and analytical way of thinking
Minimum 2 years Logistics exp with a freight forwarder or international logistics business
