About the role

  • Lead and manage the delivery of the Corporate Plan that is endorsed by Senior Management and seen as high quality by both the Board and Shareholders, including: 
  • Lead and manage areas of the delivery of the Integrated Operating Plan (reviews and annual process) that is endorsed by Senior Management and seen as high quality by both the Board and Shareholders, including:
  • Adopting a principle of continuous improvement, ensuring the E2E planning framework is agile enough to allow navigation through a continuously changing market environment
  • Lead financial modelling and decision support on a range of scenarios of high strategic and operational value to the business.
  • Engage with multiple areas of the business to ensuring the integrity of analysis and recommendations, business alignment and support of initiatives.
  • Confidently present findings and recommendations to senior management and Executive Committee members to enable an informed decision to be made.
  • Identify specific risks and opportunities for the business and develop analysis to evaluate and strategies to address risks, covering network trade-offs, rollout options, Capex, Opex and Revenues.
  • Lead cross-functional projects across revenue, regulatory, technology, operations and planning.to generate the production of analysis.            

About you

  • Business problem solving skills with experience in corporate or business strategy roles/ Manager or equivalent in a top tier consulting firm
  • Proven record of designing and implementing E2E corporate planning processes 
  • Relevant experience and a background of strategy, transformation, planning and complex program management
  • Strong ability to influence, lead and collaborate with business-wide stakeholder groups in a complex matrix environment 
  • Proven track record in world-class verbal synthesis and high-quality written communications 
    Ability to understand and take alternative perspectives into account, while escalating situations where required
