  • Permanent Position Commencing ASAP
  • Part Time (0.85 FTE)
  • 36.25 hours per week - 42 weeks per year
  • Grade 3 of the TCC EA 2018 (currently $63,151 - $66,245 p.a. 1.0 full time equivalent)
  • Plus 9.5% Employer Super First Aid Allowance & 17.5% Annual Leave Loading

Temple Christian college is a Christ-centered Year 7-12 Christian College with approximately 940 students over two campuses and is part of Adelaide Christian Schools.

Key Responsibilities

Working 36.25 hours per week over 42 weeks of the year, with 10 weeks off during non-term time, the Manager, Student Services Office oversees the provision of services to the student body and provides administrative assistance to the Assistant Principal Student Development. The position is responsible for the overall operation of the Student Services Office including:

  • Management of Student Services Staff
  • Provision of First Aid to Students in the capacity of designated First Aid Officer
  • Assistance at College events as required
  • Management of the campus hire book system & student book list process
  • Admin assistance to Work Experience Coordinator

Person Requirements

It is expected that applicants will:

  • Be committed to Christ & able to demonstrate active church involvement
  • Be Christian with a strong commitment to Christian Education and a determination to serve God in a school environment
  • Demonstrate excellence in all aspects of customer service and administration
  • Have exceptional communication skills both written & verbal
  • Hold or be willing to complete Responding to Abuse & Neglect in Education & Care training (RAN-EC), and a current Working With Children Check through Dept. Human Services
