As our business continues to grow we are seeking highly organised Administration Assistants to join our team. 

Your responsibilities will include:

  •      Receiving and screening telephone calls
  •      Booking jobs
  •      Administrative support
  •      Collating reports & documentation 
  •      Dictation and word processing
  •      Drafting correspondence  
  •      Collating and compiling reports in Excel

To be successful in this role:

  •      Must have 3 years administration experience in a similar role
  •      Typing speed of over 70 words per minute
  •      Highly proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (essential)  
  •      Accuracy and attention to detail (essential)
  •      Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  •      Ability to work under pressure
  •      Able to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
  •      A high degree of professionalism and confidence
  •      Ability to work independently
