Administration Support Officer

Our client is seeking a talented Administrations Support Officer to perform the following duties:
  1. Assist with day to day functions of the Section.
  2. Coordinate the procurement process, tracking, and payment of invoices.
  3. Coordinate clearance processes within the Section/Branch/Division
  4. Manage stakeholder communications through the section inbox, and where required arrange workshops, meetings, and briefing.
  5. Assist with writing briefs, correspondence, and reports. 

Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a public sector administration/policy role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing stakeholder communications
  • Previous experience in procurement and contract management (Desirable) 
As this is an Australian Government initiative you must have a minimum level of Baseline Clearance to be considered for the role.
